100% and they’re never too young. Most predators are close to the child including family members.

Oh please. It is not traumatizing to sit down with children of any age and discuss with them to say no in the event that ANY one, children adults etc have no business seeing them undressed, or touching them in any way near their private parts. If all parents did this from a very early age it would stop a lot of predatory behavior including from other children. Same for bullying.

It’s the law but as you see his bail is crazy high! There are perimeters that have to be followed, and this Judge has made it harder for him to get bail.

@SpaceCase6669-myOf I was the victim of sexual assault it is not going to ruin those children’s lives to ask them if anyone has touched them. You’re being overly dramatic about this. Ruin their lives! Please!

@debbiemohekey1509 I believe that is the absolute truth! I have to wonder if this woman is that type of person. I had a very disturbed coworker who ironically was named Karen who got angry with me when I told her to lay off accusing another coworker of crap he wasn’t doing. CPS investigator showed up at our home days and because I am gay she’d called in and told them that I was molesting our 13 yr old son, and that partner was allowing it! The gentleman who came was the kindest person ever, and I mean gentle. We were in the other room so we could hear his interview. They generalize, they don’t plant ideas. His questions were as you say, straight to the point, such as .. has anyone watched you take a bath? Has anyone seen you changing clothes? Does anyone take pictures of you while you are naked? Etc… yes even the hard questions like has anyone touched you on your private area. He asked him 9 different ways the same questions. Our son answered no each time without hesitation. Same for does anyone hurt you or hit you etc.. the only one traumatized was me. Having been molested as a child I have been very careful about all the above and I certainly wish somebody had asked me all those questions at his age, it would no doubt have stopped me from allowing myself to be abused because it happened until I was a young adult and as a teen by adults not just older children. This kind of questioning doesn’t ruin children’s lives or innocence or traumatize them.

Yes you damn sure can. You can let them be children who have a healthy understanding about not being touched in certain ways and a teach them to have a healthy relationship with the word no. Stop being sick and help stop the madness. I was a childhood victim of sexual assault I know too well what saying nothing to children can set them up for
