@cheryl5994 and you cannot state something as a fact without solid evidence. Phrasing matters, for example “I think he is guilty”, presents an opinion. He’s guilty is stated as fact. Before you challenge me, get proper use of our language and how our system works. Everyone IS entitled to their opinion, but without solid evidence no one is allowed to make statements of guilt. 12 peers on a Jury is the only way that works.
