  1. 😢 I cannot fathom how a human being can not stop and render aid after hitting anyone with a car, and a child?? I’d be hysterical!! It is NOT against any law in Texas to have an accident. Drinking and driving, yes. Reckless driving yes, yes. And accident is an accident UNTIL you leave the scene. Hitting this child and fleeing I hope is a felony. They’ll catch up with this monster. Meanwhile baby boy, ❤ I hope you feel better soon, my heart is broken for you. Get well little lad.
