  3. The reporters need to learn that these guys weren’t “having sex” with a minor they were sexually assaulting them. Lots of ignorance in the comments on this subject. First time minor offenders like a sting operation are yes let out on bond it’s not up for discussion. Jails can only hold so many people. He isn’t a registered sex offender yet!! I’m certain he will be once convicted his time. Last time no victim it was a sting operation this time he has a victim probably not his first!! He’s going to do time this time I’m expecting but more importantly the Judge will impose sex offender treatment for him and yes in most cases private practice treatment on parole or probation works. It takes a long time and the offender has to pay for it but once they learn unless they’re a sociopath the harm they’re doing to minors they stop. If nothing else the threat of prison is often enough to curb their selfish behavior
