Like 4 years old and explain to them about good touch and bad touch and how to say NO DONT TOUCH ME IM GOING TO TELL ON YOU. That stops most predators. I’m a childhood victim and I’m too familiar with both side of this scenario! Strangers grabbing kids is very rare usually it’s a coach or a teacher or a boyfriend or a family member. A daycare worker or someone like this! Someone trusted to be with your child. Teach them how to say no.
