  1. An accident is an accident, this was most likely a wreck less driving situation until he fled the scene. Now he’ll be charged with vehicular manslaughter. Folks stay on the scene, try to help the injured especially in the car that YOU hit. Actions after the fact are more damning than the actual accident. Godspeed kid, his family etc.. for the driver I honestly don’t know what to say.
