I’m astonished how anyone could hit a child and drive away with that child screaming! Yes the child stood up and walked away but jeez! She was hysterical 😢. I’d have been outta my car holding her in one arm and dialing her mom in the other followed by 911 after mom knew she was ok and was on the way. Every kid is gonna want mom after that! Just wow

Oh BS she’s been arrested and charged ffs! They had to take it to the DA and get a warrant for her arrest before they could arrest! You need to learn how the law works before you start trying to hold people accountable 😂

@ exactly the cops had to obtain a warrant! They don’t generate warrants they investigate and arrest
