CPS needs to interview the kids. Parents may frighten a child or plant ideas.... CPS knows how to question them. Our son went though such an investigation and we were impressed by the investigator. Lock him up.

To be honest most complaints of violence against children in these places was perpetrated by women. I understand your question, and sexual abuse is the worst, but being burned and slapped and all the other terrible things that happen are as well. He'll be convicted.

@vsbaretummysugastonguetech1540 I am gay and my partner has a 12 yr old autistic boy. Dad works two jobs and is gone a lot, but even when he is home he's a lousy father. He's never mean to the kid, the boy has never been spanked or harmed. His father just lets him do what he wants. I am the "real" parent of the two of us, I insist he brush his teeth and take a shower and I am always the one holds him and calms him when he has a melt down. I am the one who says I love you and tells him what a good boy he is. I am his protector. Men are perfectly capable of kindness, gentleness and being affectionate. I think men and women should be carefully vetted for ANY kind of work that involves children of any age. Let us not suggest what he did is any worse than the abuse heaped on children and babies from women. Scalding, slapping, beating, hair pulling. EVERY thing one does to a child whether it is slapping their faces or hugging them, affects the child. Abused children become abusers.

@GuerinGrad09 I have been dealing well with my partners autistic boy since he was a baby. Not all of us are monsters. Check backgrounds and monitor all daycare workers,
