  2. This is a Red State! Our elected officials had NO problem passing stupid ass laws restricting teachers, banning books etc.. more money for teachers? Get real. Republicans run Texas, they don’t value education. They blame teachers, make teaching harder with stupid testing, they grade teachers! Abbott is a weak pitiful leader. Vouchers! They want average income tax payers and the poor to help pay for private school education for their biggest donors! 😂 Welcome to Texas! Look no further than Ken Paxton who was just acquitted to see that integrity is bereft in the Texas GOP. We’re bleeding teachers, wake up Texans.
