  31.  @joecater894  i dont think its BS. i am an employer and we cant get whites to work, when they take the job they tend to have too many expectations, and end up quitting or skivving after a couple of months. i gave up and cut those departments down rather than fill them. as a company we get smaller and smaller each year. i dont mind as im close to retirement anyway.
