@johnbowkett80 i agree. i am 49 and i retired at age 38. i live in spain now. though im not boomer age, i took a leaf out of their good book because i have no grandchildren to worry about.

@NobbingNobby i had £340,000 from selling my house, which i bought for £76,500. then i moved to spain in 2014 and bought 6 apartments. i live in one and rent the other 5.
