  1. i did it back in 2014. i sold my house for £347,450 then moved to spain and i bought 5 apartments for £24,450 each, now worth £105,000 each. I rent 4 out and live in 1. The remaining balance i bought gold and silver bars totallyin £23,450, but now they are worth £76,550, so i did ok.

  2.  @GoldmanUnedited  i have to point out this was while the uk was in the eu and you can no longer do this unless you were a registered resident, which i am. this door is closed im afraid !!
