  1. It's not just Stalin or Lenin to blame for this inconceivable and prolonged state evil, their pernicious mentality somehow brought to light and linked to the darkest aspects of the nation too. Where did the tens of thousands executioners of their own kind suddenly come from? Why this obviously evil regime had so many obedient supporters who allowed it to last for 70 years?
