Wonderful how the old and weak buffalo didn't try a vain escape but rather made his last stand and offered this 10x bigger monster a fight.. There is something amazingly unshakable and stubborn in buffalo's soul. Who of us will be given the chance to die like that?

The whispering comment that wishes the warthog to go on and fall into the deathtrap is so cute and sincere.. Isn't it great to get entertained by someone else's death and see it from the safe, front row? But that's the life. One day some other avid watcher will get entertained by the unavoidable death of this photographer that will come as unexpectedly for him as it came for this pig teenager.

By mere watching this and not intervening, the photographer joined that furrow of events. One day when he's in a deep trouble he'll know he is not supposed to be helped.

@20_foot_burmese_pyth0n You don't need to always fight. Even big predators can get scared quite easily when confronted with something they are not familiar with. You just need to use some imagination of homo sapiens. Anyway, I'm not judging anybody, it was his free decision to just stand by and watch someone else's slow and torturous death. I only say by doing this he opened a two-way door that he'll be never able to close tightly again and from that same door one day someone else will watch his own dreadful dying, without even thinking of helping him.

@hyenaboy7504 Sure, he should have, in this particular case. This was not a common hunt and kill, this was a very rare case of bad luck and consequent most horrendous, slow, torturous death. If this was interrupted, the predator would find another prey and end it in a more standard way. Only a true coward could just stand by and film this.
