  1. Sounds like you have it easier in your part of northern Minnesota than I do as far as building goes. We have to get a licensed and insured contractor to do our building. That's what has been our hold up. We already have a septic system and electric to the site. Somebody even came out and pulled all our grade stakes where we want to build our house. I've had a trailer stolen from there, too. Good luck with your projects! Enjoy those starry nights! Can't beat the night sky in northern Minnesota! Thanks for the video!
