All I know about Mennonites is that they’re Germans who left Germany before Hitler came to power (I could be wrong) and were SEVERELY persecuted by the Soviets, put in Gulags, because they refused the evils of communism. Those are two communities I have such extreme respect for. It’s clear they actually use their heads and their hearts, it’s not a gimmick that made them give up technology. That’s the thing. Love from Israel. ❤️🇮🇱

  3. I’ve always wondered why the Amish decided to stop technology where they did. Because horse carriages are still some century’s technology. And it occurred to me that they recognized the evils of the industrial Revolution - what our generation is only seeing now. I wonder how and which one of their leaders made that wise decision…
