  2. Everyone who’s ever worked with food and people knows that if you serve coffee “not hot”, you will get complaints. And only an American would think that after she put a hot cup of coffee between her legs and spilled it, it’s the fault of the restaurant that serves “hot coffee”. I’m sorry she got burned, but maybe she would have kept suing then: the manufacturer of her sweatpants, the car maker and everyone who says “coffee” near her from now on. Some people are stupid, sue their parents.
