  10. We had a rat invade our home, yes, they keep clean and stuff, but they smell like death. I had pet rats as a kid but the smell is too much. That invader rat ended up feeling like they own the place and scratched and jumped at me. We ended up calling an exterminator and as much as I love animals - I’m glad it’s dead.

  11. It’s time to educate people that you can’t live on canned food, and neither can animals. They need real food, preferably raw. This is how you prevent cancer in cats. If you can’t afford to feed your cat real food - don’t adopt a cat. Or a dog for that matter.. so many dogs are sick and dying because they’re fed the processed crap. Also, be proactive. Ask your vet and do your own research (because vets get paid to push meds). Make sure your kitten doesn’t get the same dose of a “vaccine” that they give to a Doberman.

  12. Just don’t confuse captive bred rats with wild rats.. I made that mistake because we didn’t want to kill the giant rat that moved in with us… After getting scratched by the smelliest, meanest wild animal I’ve ever seen, we called the exterminator. No guilt whatsoever, apparently guilt goes away after a week of zero sleep. 🤷‍♀️ We had pet-rats when I was a little kid, so we didn’t want to kill it at first. It really is a shame that people think rats are gross and scary, but that’s because the wild rats are all that and more. That’s extremely dangerous.

  16. Frogs are SUPPOSED TO BE MORBIDLY OBESE! FEED FROGGO! From what zero experience I have with frogs, but what I’ve observed in other animals, some animals, especially males, tend to be big just because of their genes. This is how they establish alpha status. Some animals are deliberately getting fat or muscular to appear larger and become alphas. Has he had health issues? Maybe just socializing him with other males would prove or disprove that? Again, no idea what I’m talking about, but I LOVE fat frogs. Ok?

  27. I can’t stand dog owners who don’t respect other people fears of large dogs. Just because they behave with you, doesn’t mean they won’t react differently to a stranger or their baby. They found out he reacted a certain way to a song, what other surprises are in that dog?

  30. Why don’t people understand that breeding animals for meat shouldn’t be abusive and feeding them garbage, because you metabolize their food too. The toxins accumulated in their cells after eating crappy GMO grains - it catches up to you. Treat all your animals well, ESPECIALLY the ones you intend to eat.

  33. We had a rat “come live with us”. It smelled like hell… I went to learn about how to exterminate it because it was terrifying me and learned they’re really smart animals. I tried training it, but instead it realized I was someone it could exploit and one night it jumped on me and scratched me. The smell is something I’ll never forget… of course this was a street rat and I was an idiot for even trying to domesticate, but I really didn’t want to kill such a smart creature... We ended up calling an exterminator because we couldn’t live in the house anymore. It was terrorizing us. The exterminator left traps all over the house and the rat learned all their locations. Then my mom was cleaning and moved one trap accidentally to be close to another trap, and the rat finally got caught in that one and died. They can be cute and all, but the street rats are horrifying creatures. Like, I’m not afraid of any wild animal as much as I’m afraid of street rats now. They’re way too smart and they will defend their territory at any cost.
