I’m just baffled by how scholars such as Haidt are completely incapable of differentiating between Marxist “so-called” right and left which both stem from the left branch and conservatism vs liberalism which are two completely different things. He claims male hazing is on the right but most colleges are firmly leftist and Marxist. He claims the disgust is more conservative, but then Dr Peterson makes the claim that Hitler hated Jews because he was disgusted by them as if Hitler, who sat in the same café as Lenin, was a conservative and not a leader of the national-socialist German workers party.... I actually returned his book not knowing who he was, now I understand why I did. He only gives two options, he never leaves his reader the space to make a third choice, he sees the world in black and white and it harms everything he does in the end.
