  2. “Assume that music is vitally important for your survival” - you have put my life into words. (Professional musician) I love the music of today, but not what is called classical, because contemporary classical is the result of postmodernism and I can’t stand it. I prefer rock or popular as contemporary and classical and romantic from the past. The one distinct time I started hating a piece and fell in love with it in the end was singing Penderecki’s Polish Requiem, because it turned out that when you have a huge orchestra and a huge choir - you can’t understand the piece from your little part in it, but when you listen to it from the side - it’s like a huge, well-oiled machine. The guy is a genius and I can’t believe I got to work with him.
