I was watching violent soviet movies as a 4 year old kid. Today I can’t believe what they were showing and that it was during the day. One specific movie gave me nightmares. There was a movie where so guys took an electrician to fix something, dropped him in a pit and started bombarding him with mortars and shooting at him... and somehow he found a tunnel and escaped. I was 4! I didn’t even realize it was so violent. I used to love the ballet hour, I’d spin around in my skirts. 😂 And Spokoinoi nochi malishi was still my best childhood memory from Russian tv. I remember watching when they did a program about Yeltsin getting back surgery.
