  2. This reminded me of the only healthy cookies I made and liked. If I remember correctly, They consist of oatmeal, date syrup (Silan), and tahini. You mix like two tablespoons of Silan with a half-cup of tahini, then you take 1/2cup of oatmeal and start mixing it all together until it forms a doe. It’s supposed to be sticky, but not too sticky. If it’s too watery to hold its shape - add more oats, and if it’s too solid - add more tahini, You can also add a pinch of salt to taste. You don’t even have to bake them, I needed up eating half of the first batch before putting it into the oven. You put it in the oven in 180C (300F if I’m not mistaken…) for like 10 minutes or so. You can’t go wrong with baking times because none of the ingredients are bad for you raw, and you just have to figure out how dry you like your cookie. 😍

  3. The poor men of WWI… What they had to go through… The trenches.. losing body parts… and then coming back home and dealing with their sh*tty governments and their families who sent a healthy man into battle and received half a human being back, with severe and undiagnosed PTSD…
