Try the Russian way, it’s better. You just add buttermilk to the batter instead of milk, it makes the pancakes fluffier without adding baking powder. I don’t like American pancakes, they’re WAY too sweet and almost always underdone for my taste, but I can’t understand how you make pancakes without eggs…

All I want is for a mom to make me soup when I’m sick, and a man to make me pancakes.. my mom recently made me soup, I’m still wishing for the latter… 💔👰♀️

The fact there’s no egg in the batter blew my mind.. Also, how is this batter any different from pitta bread? I assume that if you put it in the pan without the oil, it would turn into a pitta… But I failed miserably at making pittas at home and all I remember is the black smoke that filled the ceiling as I was looking at the pancakes, waiting for them to puff up… Then finally, one of them did, and I ate burned bread and was sad. Lol
