  1. All pronunciations are correct, but you have to know the geographical origin for them. If you’re talking about Rome, you have to use the Roman Latin pronunciation. It’s like if you said “I ain’t afraid of no ghost” and claimed that it’s actually British English pronunciation because English originated in Britain.
