  1. A Store , Costco or whoever - as a privately owned Business is well within it's rights to set in-store Policy. Period. It doesn't matter if you like it or not. Walmart was within their Rights to ban Gun-Toting INSIDE THEIR PRIVATE BUSINESS PREMISES - Despite the Open-Carry legislation of some US States. Such regulations are not against your Liberty as a US Citizen - because - you are on (or in) a Privately owned and operated establishment. A mask is a temporary precaution designed to protect the people around you, and they may see their Health as a more significant factor then your Temporary comfort. Suck it up - or have your purchases delivered. THAT is your Right as a Free US Citizen.
