The United States is not only the Richest Country in the History of the World, - it's also THE GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD ... American EXCEPTIONALISM is UNIQUE in the WORLD ... so - why is it that Americans are dying at a comparable rate to the REST OF THE WORLD ?
