IF it is " Unfair " to hold the Former President to account for his actions - ANY PRESIDENT OF ANY PARTY - then it is unfair to hold any non-violent criminal to account for any crime that involved no violence ! Just as Extraordinary claims require Extraordinary evidence - so too, does the Trust and Extraordinary power invested in the US President require Extraordinary observance to the Rules of the Nation ... IF it is true - REALLY demonstrably true - the the US has ONE SET OF LAWS that apply to EVERYONE, then it is EQUALLY true that the POTUS - of EITHER PARTY must be held to account in the same way as ANY ORDINARY CITIZEN ! You CAN'T have it both ways !
