  28. The system has worked for this long for one reason, it's never faced such a concerted effort to overthrow it by one of it's two major Political Parties. NOR has it ever been presented with an operator like Donald Trump. It's well past time to do away with the antiquated Electoral College system, and go exclusively with the much fairer and more logical Popular vote. It's ALSO time to make Lobbying, PACS, Super PACS and all of the legal bribery that goes with them and make ALL Federal, State, County & Civic Elections an equal, PUBLICLY-FUNDED process with Highly-transparent & Public Oversite ... NO MORE DARK MONEY ALLOWED from EITHER SIDE !
