  5.  @Apollonos  You don't HAVE to have an Emperor - England had Kings and Queens, but NEVER an Emperor. It was still an Empire. The United States has an Imperial President, who - we have recently been told by the US Supreme Court - is ABOVE THE LAW. And THAT, my friend, is how Empires collapse ... Cheers !
