... NONE of these things are being done yet. Trump ISN'T the President yet, but he CAN set up his Cabinet (as insane as his picks have been, so far) and the Media CAN discuss it. Garland can't stop any of that - BECAUSE it ISN'T in effect yet. Having said all of that, - if your Political System - and LEGAL System worked in some kind of logical fashion, Trump would NOT have been eligible to be the GOP Candidate (because of all the Legal AND Security issues that have not been dealt with AND the DOJ's practices of not going after a Presidential Candidate (which are ONLY practices - NOT LAWS) - the Country wouldn't be dealing with all of this madness now ... why does America keep shooting itself in the foot ? ...
