... Neither the Russians, nor the Americans are not interested in eliminating conflicts in Europe, they are BOTH interested in expansion and control for it's own sake. It has NOTHING whatsoever to do with " Peace " ... There is ALWAYS peace in the world when someone has their foot on your neck.
