... A Re-militarized Germany is no more - or less - dangerous than any other Country within or outside of Europe - unless they are governed by an extremist Left OR Right Government. It's true enough that Germany has struck out at it's neighbors twice in the 20th Century alone, but in that SAME period, how many Nations has AMERICA struck out at - and usually with a cadre of allies who had little to gain for their action, save US acknowledgement - in short, they were used to further " American Interests abroad ... The world is moving beyond this hard-core Imperialist bullshit - if we WANT peace, we all must prepare for War - as the ancient Greek proverb would have it, but if we constantly SEEK war - for resources, for business interests, for Hegemony - at what point do we come down to a peaceful landing, in this never-ending flight of the Profit-seeking Valkyrie ? ...
