Cortez CAN speak out publicly ... she CAN NOT harbor illegal aliens, she can not assist another in such activity and she can not offer aid & comfort to an illegal alien, nor assist another to do so - THOSE things WOULD be Breaking US Law ... but she can talk publicly - about virtually anything - just like any other America Citizen ... Free Speech, remember Homan ... the much-lauded 1st Amendment.
