Sure there is, - Al Capone had plenty of (literal) blood on his hands - he started out as an Enforcer and Bodyguard for Johnny Torrio - as well as dealing in contraband liquor, Prostitution, and Gambling rackets and the Federal Government couldn't prove ANY of it ... but they got him on Tax Evasion ! - Trump, on the other hand, is probably just as big a tax fraud, but he's been dodging THAT for decades. AND, because he was the President of the US - they will likely find an excuse to let him off the hook. AL Capone was a much nicer guy - more respectful ya' know, but he didn't have enough low friends in high places !
