@Derk_a_derr That's right ! ... The same goes for the Military. Both groups seem to forget that they work for the People - through the power the voters give to the Federal Government (as temporary elected officials) ... And in the end, the Government (Fed & State) are duty-bound to assign formal investigations to a CIVILIAN body ... That AIN'T how it works, but it should.
