... Balfour had no right to give Palestinian land away ... BRITAIN had no right to give away land that they DIDN'T own. But THAT is one of the MANY reasons why Empires have limited lifetimes. The United States has a similar record of land appropriation by force that they like to call by the less cumbersome name : " Annexation ", but it's still the same thing. Like Britain, like the Ottomans, the Austro-Hungarians & the Romans, America WILL have their fall. They will continue to be a power and a sovereign nation - like Britain, but like the "Empire on which the sun never sets", America's days of Empire ARE going to end ...☮
