He absolutely should, but as we've seen since Jan 6/21 the ENTIRE System is disinclined to treat any Former member of the upper echelon - of EITHER Party, as if they were regular Citizens, and in some ways they aren't. BUT, that isn't what the defenders of the US Justice System tell us - they CLAIM that America has a Single Tiered Legal System, and that EVERYBODY is equal under the Law - which is not only pure BS, but it is a conscious and self-serving lie ...
