... The US (and ALL Democracies need to make some sensible changes) ... We need to do away with Political appointments - other than specific functionaries that serve within time limited & temporary specific Administrations), we need to make all Judgeships - especially the " Supreme Court " level positions subject to limited term periods AND make them run for Election, and most importantly we need to remove the President's AND State Governor's power to unilaterally offer and control Pardons - THAT should be subject to the Legislature and approved by the Senate ... Also, make ANY KIND OF LOBBYING illegal - If you want a REAL Democracy, you have to give MORE power to the People, and LESS to TEMPORARY Elected Officials. After all, WHO is supposed to be serving WHO ? ...
