It seems to me that a FUNCTIONING Congress would allow a witness to answer a question in full - BEFORE trying to claw back a Congress Person's " Time " ... unless a Congress Person is INTENTIONALLY trying to corner a witness (trap, in other words), You ASK a question Gaetz, - let them answer !
