  1. ... Maybe these " Lambs " aren't as innocent or as dumb as you think. Trump's arrogant and decidedly Right-Wing views (these days, that is) appeal to the mean-fisted, share-not kind of stuff one frequently finds in sedentary Small towns ... the kind of place where you may be accepted, but you will NEVER really be a part of ... If you are not a White person, you may STILL be accepted, but you'll forever be a " token " of some kind ... your presence will be tolerated, you may EVEN be taken into the Community as a member, but - you weren't born there, so you are always going to be a kind Member in Reserve. Americans are a very " cliquey " people, and they FEEL that they are special in some vague way ... like Israel, America sees itself as " chosen by God " ... The Israelis have - if only to themselves - a direct Biblical reason for this attitude ... the US has no such " blessing " - no mater how subjectively ill-founded - to base their silly concepts of " exceptionalism " upon, and while they might give credence to such fragile parochialism of the self, this kind of small-minded provincialism is more prevalent in the rural milieu ... - And THESE areas are the backbone of Republicanism in general - and Populist Crackpot despotism in particular ... even a blatantly imperfect " Messiah " is better than none !
