Sounds like something out of Dickens " If they would rather die, they had better do it, and decrease the surplus population." ~ Ebenezer Scrooge when he is confronted by charity workers asking him to donate to the poor, and he states his attitude towards poverty by suggesting that the poor should simply die off to reduce the population. This stuff is Trump ALL OVER !
