The technical differences between a " Fascist " a " Tyrant " or a " Despotic Ruler " are all very interesting if you are a Student of such things ... but to the people living under their rule, I would imagine that the distinctions will be of little importance - Totalitarianism is totalitarianism ... Period !

  2. Caller ... if a Political Leader USES Fascism to reach his goals, and if he allows Fascism to exist and continue UNDER his rule - he IS a Fascist ... if defacto Fascism is as destructive as " actual " Fascism - it IS Fascism !
