The only real answer is an equally divided Two-State Solution with equal representation in the United Nations, the complete withdrawal of both HAMAS forces and the IDF from Gaza & the West Bank ... equal access to water and resources, with a UN Dispute process, the normalization of relations between the Israelis and the Arab Nations and a PERMANENT UN-controlled Peace-Keeping agreement ... Also, the UN needs to disband the Permanent Security Council & it's outsized Veto power, and replace it with a Larger, rotating International Security Council with NO Veto power. All of this should voted on by ALL UN NATIONS and Binding on ALL PARTIES.
