And We don't need ANYONE to have Nuclear Weapons - and that MUST include the only Nation to ever use them on other Human Beings. The cold-blooded term " Collateral Damage " was coined by the AMERICAN Economist T.C. Schelling as far back as 1961 and served the US well in Vietnam to describe the Death of Non-Combatants ... here in OUR times, the American President seems to think it should be applied to all " Never-Trumpers AND as many Covid-victims as necessary - just as long as they DON'T get counted properly, as the NUMBERS might hurt his Re-election hopes.
