The Absurdist rejects religion, but DOES encourage the exploration of where we came from and who we are, simply by exploring our own observations and our own perceptions , and if we get it wrong, so be it ... most will reject this belief, because it isn't THEIR belief. But that's the whole point : live YOUR OWN life. So long as you don't hurt anyone else ... well, then you AREN'T hurting anyone else !
