Keep watching the Polling numbers, because that COULD change, and PLEASE don't split the vote on some little Party (that might or might not get a seat or two) with no real chance. Trudeau will be gone, one way or the other, so THAT isn't an excuse to be anti-Liberal ...

... Say what you want about Bernie's age, he's got COJONES and he DOESN'T shy away from the grassroots issues. People with large incomes don't like his message, because they don't like Taxes, SOME people with modest incomes don't like him for the same reason - and few of those folks hear the side of the equation where the actually GET something for those taxes ... All THEY hear is " Socialism " - which does NOT mean Communism ... Canada has Socialized Medicine, and it works well when it's being properly funded - and Canada is NOT a Commie Country. Our Health system DOES have some longer waiting periods, and so does the US system, which you will know if you listen to your OWN news reports. Taxes are not evil. It's just a question of how the burden is shared out across the population - and how much of it comes back to the people ...

By you comments at the beginning, David you EITHER support the NDP (which I myself have voted for on many occasions (knowing, full well that they will NEVER get the numbers required to form a FEDERAL Government) or Green Party guy - and they will REALLY never get the numbers ... I also (rarely, though I have in the past) vote Conservative ... I trust the current Leader - Polly McCraken about as far as I could throw him. Trudeau or no Trudeau, I'll be voting Liberals again - as the least objectionable of a VERY unlikely lot. We need affordable housing, and yet we get more excuses - from all of them - than results. Taxation is an issue to ALL of us, but it's not Canada's biggest issue right now. THAT would be the cost of food (which, to his credit, the NDP's Mr Singh DID address in a fairly public fashion - and then seemed to back off on ... And housing. Ontario Premier Ford did away with the Rent ceiling - screwing one hell of a lot of Ontarians in the process - and THEN got back into Office ... so, as a Canadian, and an Ontarian - I intend to bet again on the Liberals, if only because they suck a LITTLE less than the rest of the Parties - that can actually win an Election ...

It all SOUNDS good, and I actually like Cenk, but don't forget that Donald Trump claimed to represent the forgotten people of the US, and working people in general, and we all know how THAT turned out. I don't think Cuomo's questions were unreasonable or overly tough at all. And Cenk didn't precisely " nail it " ... he explained his past sentiments, and that's good, - but if the left wants America to see them as more honest than the Right, they have to answer for the past, - just as they expect the Right to ... if you don't have that balance, both sides end up looking the same.
