... I agree with you. Canada needs a far more advanced Military ... even if only for Defensive purposes. Specifically, our coastal interests need to be better protected, and our Air capabilities should be dramatically updated ...

... Not QUITE that simple, is it ... even our swaggering big brother Uncle Sam was hesitant. If the Yanks don't want to bombard their landscape with crappy, why in the Hell should we ? Truth is, nobody knows what the payload consist of ... probably just a bunch of surveillance hardware, but we don't KNOW that yet ...
