... Canada Corrections shouldn't have ANY right to refuse explanations of this sort of decision. They should be FORCED by the Legal System to explain it, and the Canadian Justice System should have the right to appeal the decision ... That IS the way it should work in a Democratic Nation !

@brendon9032 ... Perhaps so, but that WASN'T my point - MY point was that Corrections Canada CAN and SHOULD be questioned about the decision, Especially if the action is the subject of a Legal Depute - Get It ?

The location to which he is being transferred - SO, where is the breach of Bernado's privacy, SINCE it is ALREADY PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE ?

Questions that would be asked by Tim Danson (Attorney to the MaHaffey & French families) in the presence of a Judge or some other legally selected Adjudicator - and NEED NOT be divulged to the public. The victim's families are asking the question - through the proper legal channels, and through their Attorney - so screw Bernardo's delicate sensitivities !
