... Rent Controls may " Make it Harder to Build " but if EVERYONE is priced out of the market, there will eventually BE NO MARKET ! ... Cost of living keeps rising while more & more folk's wages are stagnating under a far slower regime of increase ... the math doesn't add up, and in time we aren't going to need more " Units " ... In the not so distant future unit will be a nice tent in some City park or under the Gardiner Expressway !
