@Macgyver00 The rioting does NOT stem from " Leftist " Ideology. It is a direct response to the actions of killer Cops ... a Nine Minute knee dance on a man's neck, a young woman shot to death in her own house by what can only be described as a Legally-Sanctioned home invasion, a young man shot in the back - seven fucking times ! - And that is only this year. And I DIDN'T include Ahmaud Arbery because he was killed by a FORMER Cop-turned-Vigilante, as opposed to an active-duty Cop who SHOULD have known better. In fact, I very much doubt that ANY of these Cops would have been charge with ANYTHING, were it NOT for the rioting. I am not defending the violence or the property destruction - far from it, but I WILL say that Buildings and Statues are THINGS - and things can be replace. Human Being can not be. It has NOTHING to do with " Hating America " and EVERYTHING to do with Hate IN America !

B Z They don't CARE to know the difference, because it interferes with the easy flow of their lazy thoughts. Critical thinking takes work, and many American conservatives are only interested in their " Rights " - the very idea of having Responsibilities is abhorrent to them. What they REALLY don't seem to understand is that the United States has had " Socialism " for decades: Unemployment Insurance, Medicare & Medicade, The Veteran's Administration and many, many more.

@samholcombe3129 That's a part of it, but the OTHER part is that they don't WANT change. They WANT to think that America is ALWAYS Right - even when it's wrong ... and they don't want to think about injustice unless it's happening to them.
